五、关于会员卡的管理 V. Management of membership cards 1、 用户在完成开通会员卡的申请后,元生态公司将依据实际情况批准和发放实体会员卡或电子会员卡,并生成相应的唯一的会员卡ID,用户需注意妥善保管自己的会员卡ID,因用户个人原因导致会员卡ID泄露从而造成的用户会员卡的损失,元生态公司不承担赔偿责任。 1. After the user finishes application for membership card activation, Osotto will approve based on the actual situation and issue entity membership card or electronic membership card with corresponding unique membership card ID. Users should pay attention to properly keep their membership card ID. Osotto will not be liable for loss of the user membership card caused by membership card ID leakage due to the user's personal reasons. 2、 用户需依据元生态公司的规定,基于个人情况设置合理的支付密码,以保障会员卡的安全。用户需注意妥善保管自己的会员卡支付密码,因用户个人原因导致会员卡支付密码泄露而造成的用户会员卡的损失,元生态公司不承担赔偿责任。 2. According to Osotto’s provisions, the user needs to set a reasonable payment password based on personal circumstances to protect security of membership cards. Users should pay attention to properly protect their own membership cards’ payment password. Osotto will not be liable for loss of the user membership card caused by membership card payment password leakage due to the user's personal reasons. 3、 用户忘记会员卡ID或支付密码或遗失会员卡时,应遵循元生态公司流程寻回会员卡ID或支付密码。 3. When the user forgets the membership card ID or payment password or loses membership card, you should follow Osotto’s process to recover the membership card ID or payment password. 4、 用户的会员卡ID和支付密码被盗或得知正在被第三方使用时,应立即进行会员卡挂失处理。如因此而导致用户的损失,元生态公司不承担赔偿责任。 4. When the user's membership card ID and payment password are stolen or known to be used by a third party, you should immediately report the loss of the membership card. Osotto will not be liable for the resulting loss of the user. 六、关于会员卡信息的修改 VI. Membership card information changes 用户在成功办理会员卡后,如需修改会员卡上的相关个人信息,应按照元生态公司的相关流程进行操作。 After the user successfully applies for membership card, Osotto’s relevant process should be followed when there is need to modify relevant personal information on the membership card. 七、关于会员卡的通知 VII. Membership card notice 用户同意接受来自元生态公司的以电子邮件、手机短信、APP通知等方式对有关会员卡的充值、消费、赠送等各种通知消息进行推送。 Users agree to accept Osotto’s notification messages in the form of e-mail, mobile phone text messages, APP notification, etc. about membership card recharge, consumption, gifts, etc.
