十、关于会员卡等级

X.        Membership card rating

1、        会员卡一共分为绿卡、银卡、金卡、钻卡、至尊蓝宝石卡共5个级别。

1.        Membership cards are divided into green card, silver card, gold, diamond card, supreme sapphire card, a total of five ratings.

2、        会员卡的升级条件及各等级会员卡享受的权益如下所示：

【绿卡】：免费开通

[Green card]: activation for free

◆        客房房费6折（仅限现金买单，且地区大型交易会除外），享受水疗外出留台4小时。

◆        Room rates 40% off (cash payment only, except for regional large-scale trade fair periods), enjoy 4-hour outgoing during spa.

【银卡】：五年累计消费或充值达到10000元

[Silver card]: activated if five year’s cumulative consumption or recharge reaches 10,000 yuan

◆        享受水疗消费9.5折、客房房费5.5折（仅限现金买单，且地区大型交易会除外），享受水疗外出留台6小时。

◆        Enjoy spa 5% off, room rates 55% off (cash payment only, except for regional large-scale trade fair periods), enjoy 6-hour outgoing during spa.

【金卡】：五年累计消费或充值达到100000元

[Gold card]: activated if five years’ cumulative consumption or recharge reaches 100,000 yuan

◆        享受水疗消费9折、客房房费5折（仅限现金买单，且地区大型交易会除外）；

◆        Enjoy spa 10% off, room rates 50% off (cash payment only, except for regional large-scale trade fair periods);

◆        金卡会员及同行3人均可享受水疗留台外出不限时（24小时内）；

◆        Gold card members and 3 peers can enjoy unlimited outgoing during spa(within 24 hours);

◆        享受快速办理消费及结账手续；

◆        Enjoy rapid handling of consumption and account settlement procedures;

◆        享受专用接待通道，酒店控制进店人数时，金卡本人可以直接进店消费；

◆        Enjoy a dedicated reception channel. When the hotel controls incoming numbers, those with gold card can directly enter for consumption;

◆        客房延迟至16:00退房，免费接收和发送本地传真（限5页/天）；

◆        Room check-out can be delayed till 16:00. Enjoy free reception and delivery of local fax (limited to 5 pages / day);

◆        享有专用手牌、衣柜保管7天、充值实时到账服务；

◆        Enjoy 7-day custody of dedicated customer card, wardrobe, and real-time recharge to the account;

◆        享有委托请客、存卡服务；

◆        Enjoy service of entertaining guests by entrustment, card storage;

◆        金卡客人享有电话预定水疗服务（有同行客人时，半小时内有效）；

◆        Gold card guests can reserve spa service via telephone (if there are peer guests, reservation is valid within half an hour);

◆        免证件上传：金卡客人前台留有上传信息，3个月内可免出示证件等级消费；

◆        Enjoy certificate-free upload: there being upload information in the reception desk, gold card guests can consume without presentation of certificates within 3 months;

◆        根据酒店当日客人按摩情况，可提前至3:00以后进入按摩房留宿；

◆        According to the customer massage progress of the day, gold card guests can enter the massage room earlier to 3:00 and stay;

◆        根据客人需求，金卡会员消费麻将房、VIP房、多功能房、客房时，可赠送精美中果盘一份；

◆        According to the needs of customers, gold card members can enjoy a tray of fine fruits when consuming in mahjong room, VIP room, multi-functional room, guest room;

◆        充值赠送：金卡每一次性充值10000元，除赠送相应金额外，另赠送中、泰式、中医理疗三种按摩券其中任一种一张（两月内有效，交易会除外），以此类推；

◆        Recharging Gift: For each gold card recharging of 10,000 yuan, in addition to the corresponding complimentary amount, one massage voucher of any of Chinese, Thai style, Chinese physiotherapy can be gifted (valid within two months, except for trade fair periods). The rest can be done in the same manner;

◆        金卡客人消费VIP房、棋牌房与多功能房满10小时送2小时；

◆        When gold guests consume 10 hours in VIP room, chess room and multi-functional room, extra 2 hours will be gifted;

◆        享有酒店新项目推广期的专有优惠政策。

◆        Enjoy the exclusive preferential policies during new project promotion period of the hotel.

【钻卡】：五年累计消费或充值达到180000元

[Diamond card]: activated if five years’ cumulative consumption or recharge reaches 180,000 yuan

◆        享有金卡所有优惠条款，其中水疗可享受88折优惠（现金买单，地区大型交易会除外）；

◆        Enjoy all the preferential terms for the gold card, and can enjoy 22% off discount for spa (cash pay, and except regional large-scale trade fair periods);

◆        钻卡会员及同行3人享有集团酒店消费外出留台不限时（24小时内）；

◆        Diamond card members and 3 peers can enjoy unlimited outgoing during consumption in the hotel (within 24 hours);

◆        享有专用通道；酒店控制进店人数时，钻卡会员及同行3人可直接进店消费；

◆        Enjoy a dedicated reception channel. When the hotel controls incoming numbers, those with diamond card and 3 peers can directly enter for consumption;

◆        免费使用太空仓（凭手牌每天使用1次）；免费皮鞋保养；

◆        Enjoy free use of the capsule (use 1 time per day with the customer card); enjoy free shoes maintenance;

◆        享有专用浴服、手牌、衣柜，专用停车位保留至22:00；  

◆        Enjoy dedicated bath robe, customer card, wardrobe, dedicated parking space will remain until 22:00;

◆        免费办理3张附属卡，附属卡除使用卡内金额外，可享有钻卡相应折扣（即水疗88折、客房5折，限现金买单），附属卡无专用衣柜及无其他优惠待遇；

◆        One can apply for three supplementary cards for free. In addition to the amount of the card, the supplementary cards can offer corresponding discount of diamond card (that is, 12% off discount for spa, 50% off discount for guest room, cash pay only). The supplementary card provides no dedicated wardrobe and no other preferential treatment;

◆        享有电话预约水疗服务（当同行客人多余三人以上时，预定半小时内有效）、VIP房及棋牌室（1小时内有效）服务。

◆        Diamond card guests can reserve spa service (if there are over three peer guests, reservation is valid within half an hour), VIP room and chess room (valid within 1 hour) service via telephone.

【至尊蓝宝石卡】：五年累计消费或充值达到380000元

[Supreme sapphire card]: activated if five years’ cumulative consumption or recharge reaches 380,000 yuan

◆        享有钻卡所有优惠条款；

◆        Enjoy all the preferential terms for diamond card;

◆        配有专用的尊贵浴服、专用拖鞋、手牌、衣柜、洗发水、沐浴露；

◆        Enjoy dedicated precious bath robe, dedicated slippers, customer card, wardrobe, shampoo, shower gel;

◆        指定酒店门前最醒目的停车位，专用停车位保留至22:00；

◆        Designate the most eye-catching parking space in front of the hotel, and dedicated parking space will remain valid till 22:00;

◆        享有全酒店员工贵宾认知服务（姓氏及喜好）；

◆        Enjoy the hotel staff’s VIP cognition service (surnames and preferences);

◆        到酒店消费时由大客户经理或指定优秀客户主任出面接待。

◆        Designate key account manager or excellent customer director for reception when consuming in the hotel.

【终身至尊蓝宝石卡】：1年内消费或充值80万或5年内消费或充值200万

[Lifetime supreme sapphire card]: activated if 1-year consumption or recharge reaches 800,000 yuan or 5-year consumption or recharge reaches 2 million yuan

◆        终身至尊蓝宝石卡享受至尊蓝宝石卡所有权益。

◆        Lifetime supreme sapphire card enjoys all rights and interests of supreme sapphire card.

十一、保级

XI.        Grade maintenance

1、        银卡会员五年累计保持1万等级积分；

1.        Silver card members should maintain 10,000 accumulative rating points in five years;

2、        金卡会员五年累计保持10万等级积分；

2.        Gold card members should maintain 100,000 accumulative rating points in five years;

3、钻卡会员五年累积保持18万的等级积分；

3.        Diamond card members should maintain 180,000 accumulative rating points in five years;

4、        至尊卡会员五年累积达到38万的等级积分；

4.        Supremacy card members should maintain 380,000 accumulative rating points in five years;

5、        终身至尊蓝宝石卡无需保级条件。

5.        Lifelong supreme sapphire card members are not subject to grade maintenance conditions.
