Ordering Guide

广州市元生态休闲主题酒店管理有限公司（以下统称为"本公司"）对本公司旗下手机客户端APP、官网及微信公众号上各业务下单制定了以下内容（以下统称为"本须知"）。凡为本公司的APP、官网及微信用户，在下单之前，都必须理解并接受本须知的全部内容，并遵循本须知的所有内容。

Guangzhou Osotto Recreation Hotel Management Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has stipulated the following contents (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Notice") for placing business orders on the Company's subordinate mobile client APP, official website and WeChat ID. All of the company's APP, official website and WeChat users must understand and accept the full content of this notice before placing orders, and follow all the contents of this notice.

一、关于本须知的范围

I.        Scope of this notice

本须知适用于涉及下单的一系列行为，包括但不限于保健到家、预订酒店、预约水疗、买单清帐等各业务线的下单、支付、服务等操作。

This notice applies to a series of actions involving placing orders, including but not limited to order placing, payment, service and other operations in business lines covering health care to your home, hotel reservation, spa reservation, bill payment, account settlement, etc.

二、关于本须知的补充说明

II.        Supplementary notes to this Notice

除本须知以外，本公司另行发布的其他协议，如《用户协议》、《会员卡协议》等，都对本须知有补充说明的作用。

In addition to this notice, other agreements issued by the Company, such as the User Agreement and the Membership Card Agreement serve as supplementary instructions to this Notice.

三、关于本须知的更改

III.        Changes to this notice

本公司有权根据实际情况对本须知内容进行单方面的变更，各项服务的使用条件应遵循变更后的须知内容。

The Company reserves the right to make unilateral changes to the contents of this Notice according to the actual situation. The use conditions of the services shall follow the contents of the changed notice.

除本公司有另行规定的情况以外，经修订的须知一经在本公司网站公告后，立即生效。

Except as otherwise provided by the Company, the revised notice shall become valid immediately upon the announcement on the Company's website.

在本公司修改协议条款后，如果用户不接受修改后的条款，请立即停止使用本公司提供的服务，用户继续使用本公司提供的服务将被视为接受修改后的协议。

After the Company amends the terms of the agreement, if the user does not accept the revised terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by the Company. The continued use of the services provided by the Company will be deemed as acceptance of the amended agreement.

四、首单说明

IV.        Instruction on the first order

1、        同一个注册手机号，只能享受一次新用户下单特价优惠；

1.        The same registered mobile phone number can only enjoy one special offer for new users’ order;

2、        同一个用户姓名，只能享受一次新用户下单特价优惠；

2.        The same user name can only enjoy one special offer for new users’ order;

3、        同一个服务地址，只能享受一次新用户下单特价优惠；

3.        The same service address can only enjoy one special offer for new users’ order;

4、        同一终端设备，只能享受一次新用户下单特价优惠；

4.        The same terminal equipment can only enjoy one special offer for new users’ order;

5、        同一支付账户（支付宝账号或微信支付账号），只能享受一次新用户下单特价优惠。

5.        The same payment account (Alipay account or WeChat payment account) can only enjoy one special offer for new users’ order.

五、关于水疗

V.        About spa

用户预约手牌时，无需进行支付，在消费完成后进行结算，需加收10%的服务费。

When reserving a customer card, the user does not need to pay, and the settlement is made after completion of consumption. A 10% service fee will be charged.

六、关于客房

VI.        About the guestroom

1、        用户预订客房时可选择前台支付、会员卡支付、第三方支付（微信或支付宝支付）。

1.        The user can choose reception desk payment, membership card payment, third party payment (WeChat or Alipay payment) for room reservation.

2、        使用前台支付的用户，预约订单仅保留至抵店当天20:00，超时未到订单有可能会被自动取消。

2.        If you choose reception desk payment, the order will remain valid till 20:00 of the day when you arrive, and will be automatically canceled if you arrive overtime.

3、        选择使用会员卡支付、第三方支付的用户，预约订单将保留至离店日期的14:00，超时未到订单将被自动取消并收取首晚房费。

3.        If you adopt membership card payment or third party payment, the order will remain valid till 14:00 of the day when you leave, and will be automatically canceled with the first night fee charged if you arrive overtime.

4、        已支付房费的订单，在入住当天的20:00前取消预订不扣款；20:00之后订当天房，取消订单需扣除首晚全额房费。

4.        If you cancel the order before 20:00 on the day of arrival, you can have full refund for the paid order; but the first night fee will be deducted if you cancel the order after 20:00.

5、        广交会期间只接受担保预订，提前7天取消不扣款；提前3-7天取消订单扣除首晚房费的50%；3天之内取消，则全额扣除广交会期间的首晚房费。

5.        During the Canton Fair, only guaranteed reservation is accepted, and there will be no deduction for cancellation 7 days in advance, but deduction of 50% of room rate for the first night of Canton Fair will be made if you cancel 3-7 days in advance; and deduction of room rate for the first night of Canton Fair will be made if you cancel within 3 days before the Canton Fair.

七、关于上门

VII.        About door-to-door service

1、        下单前请阅读保健到家项目的详细内容、适应人群、禁忌症。

1.        Please read the details of the door-to-door health care project, intended population, contraindications before placing the order.

2、        推拿师只提供专业正规的保健服务，如遇不正当或违法的行为与要求，推拿师有权拒绝服务，并保留诉诸法律的权利。

2.        The massagist will only provide professional formal health services. In case of improper or illegal behavior and requirements, the massagist has right to refuse the service demand, and retains the right to resort to the law.

3、        上门推拿暂时仅限距离元生态旗下酒店6公里范围内的用户所在地提供服务，超出范围的下单，本公司有权拒绝。

3.        Door-to-door manipulation is only provided to users within 6 km from Osotto Hotel. The company has the right to refuse the order beyond the scope.

上门健康护理暂时仅限距离元生态旗下酒店10公里范围内的用户所在地提供服务，超出范围的下单，本公司有权拒绝。

Door-to-door health care is only provided to users within 10 km from Osotto Hotel. The company has the right to refuse the order beyond the scope.

【订单取消】

[Order cancellation]

1、        用户在订单服务时间开始前1小时前取消订单，不收取任何费用；

1.        Users may cancel the order1 hour before the service time without any charged fees;

2、        用户在订单服务时间开始前1小时内取消订单，收取订单金额的20%作为费用；

2.        If a user cancels order within 1 hour before the service time, 20% of the order amount will be charged

3、        推拿师到达预约地点后，联系不上客户或客户要求延迟起钟时间者，推拿师至多等待30分钟，若30分钟后未起钟，订单则自动取消，并收取订单金额30%的费用。

3.        After the massagist arrives at the appointment site, if the customer cannot get through or demands delay in the start time, the massgist can wait up to 30 minutes. If service does not start after 30 minutes, the order is automatically canceled, and 30 % of the paid order amount will be charged.

4、        订单起钟后，不能取消订单，用户须全额支付费用；

4.        Once service provision is started, the order cannot be cancelled, with full payment made by the customer.

5、        如订单有使用优惠券，取消订单时，优惠券仍会返还。

5.        If a coupon is used in the order, when the order is cancelled, the coupon will be returned.

用户在确认订单时，支付费用的时间为15分钟，超时订单会被取消。

When the user confirms the order, the payment should be made within 15 minutes, and the order will be canceled if the time limit is exceeded.
