温馨提示：

Warm Tips:

① 使用前台支付，订单仅保留至抵店当天的20:00，超时未到订单会被自动取消。

① If you choose to pay at the reception desk, the order will only be kept valid to 20:00 of the day when you arrive, and will be automatically canceled if you arrive overtime.

② 使用会员卡或第三方支付，订单将保留至离店日期的14:00，超时未到订单将被自动取消并收取首晚费用。

② If you use membership card or a third party for payment, the order will remain valid to 14:00 of the day when you leave, and will be automatically canceled with the first night fee charged if you arrive overtime.

③ 在入住当天的20:00前取消订单可全额退款；20:00后取消订单将全额扣取首晚的费用。

③ If you cancel the order before 20:00 on the day of arrival, you can have full refund; but the first night fee will be deducted if you cancel the order after 20:00.

④ 超20:00预订当天的客房，需支付房费及服务费，如取消则全额扣取首晚费用。

④ If you reserve for the day after 20:00, you should pay room rates and service charges. Cancellation of the order will result in a deduction of the first night fee.

⑤ 遇广交会或跨越广交会期间预订：只接受担保预订，提前7天取消不扣款，提前3-7天扣广交会首晚房费的50%；3天之内取消，则全额扣预订期间广交会首晚费用。

⑤ Reservation near the Canton Fair or during the Canton Fair: only guaranteed reservation is accepted, there will be no deduction for cancellation 7 days in advance, but deduction of 50% of room rate for the first night of Canton Fair will be made if you cancel 3-7 days in advance; and deduction of all room rate for the first night of Canton Fair will be made if you cancel within 3 days before the Canton Fair.

⑥ 请于离店当天的14:00前办理退房手续，超4小时内计算半天房费，超过4小时以上计算整天房费。

⑥ Please handle check-out procedures before 14:00 on the check-out day. Half-day room rate will be calculated if you check out within a delay of 4 hours, and whole-day room rate will be calculated if you check out after a delay of 4 hours.
