Within our vision, ‘differentiated teaching’, with personal learning routes, is a standard, in which we strive to achieve the right balance between qualification, socialisation and character building.

在我们的愿景中，“差异化教学”与个人学习路线是同一个标准。我们基于这一标准追求素质教育、社交教育和性格塑造之间的适当平衡。

    Children and young people not only learn from what they are told and shown, but also how that is done. This means that when it comes    to the ‘how’ of the education we offer, we cannot merely focus on what is effective and efficient in achieving a certain result, but must also always ask ourselves whether the effective and efficient method is also desirable in view of our aims with regard to our educational activities and processes (Biesta, G. 2014)

儿童和青少年不仅要对他们的所闻所见有所了解，还要知道其来龙去脉。也就是说，如果要问我们所提供的教育是 “如何”开展的，我们不能光是说应该怎样做才可以达到某种效果，而是应该经常扪心自问：这种有效/高效的方法是否也有利于实现我们的教育活动和流程的宗旨（Biesta, G 。2014年）。

Qualification

素质教育

Interteach is focused on the acquisition of a flexible knowledge base, skills and attitudes that can qualify and prepare children to operate optimally in our complex, multicultural society. In this, Interteach focuses on offering bilingual primary education (BPE), in which subjects relating to global awareness are offered in the English language. In addition to the attention paid to languages, multilingualism and global awareness, Interteach also considers it important for children to become qualified in sport, art and culture.  

Interteach专注于获取灵活的知识基础、技能和态度，使儿童能够在复杂的多元文化社会中发挥出最大的素质和能力。在这一方面，Interteach专注于提供双语小学教育（BPE），其中与全球意识相关的课程采用英语授课。除关注语言、多语环境和全球意识外，Interteach认为培养儿童的运动素质、艺术素质和文化素质也非常重要。

Alongside qualification, Interteach also prioritises socialisation, which involves how children and young people learn to move and act responsibly within a diversity of multicultural traditions and practices. Citizenship education has an important role to play in this. The education Interteach offers is not isolated behind the school gates, but actively connects with the outside world, enabling children to become acquainted with the world around them. In this socialisation process, collaboration with external partners is essential.

除了素质教育外，Interteach还重点关注社交教育，即让儿童和年轻人在多元文化传统和实践中学到一些为人处事的方法。公民资格教育在这方面发挥着重要作用。Interteach所提供的教育并非孤立于一校之地，而是积极地与外界联系，让孩子们熟悉周围的世界。在这一社交教育过程中，与外部合作伙伴的合作至关重要。

Character building

性格塑造

in addition to qualification and socialisation, the education at Interteach places character building, in its widest sense, at centre stage: there is a focus on bildung, the process in which a child develops his or her identity through interaction with our educational offering and becomes an individual person. Interteach aims for every child to discover his or her own talents and to learn to think critically and reflect. The children are offered choices and given professional support in dealing with these choices.

除了素质教育和社交教育外，Interteach的教育还将最广泛意义上的性格塑造置于中心位置：重点在于塑造，即让孩子们与我们所提供的教育进行互动，以此发展自己的个性意识，并成为一个独立的人。Interteach旨在让每个孩子发现自己的才能，并学会批判性思考和反思。孩子们会面临多种选择，并根据我们的专业意见做出正确的选择。

At Interteach, everything is about ‘who you are and what you need’  to enjoy learning and to challenge yourself to develop even further.
