5.1 Change & modification of cooperation info

1、  “合作申请”的审核情况查看：点击Member Center菜单栏中的“Agreement”的 “apply/view”可查看申请的审核情况，当进度条到达“Info verification”，且为绿色状态，代表审核通过，下图的合作资料还未提交：

1.   View theapproval of “Cooperation application” by clicking on “Apply/View” of “Agreement”under the menu of Member Center; when the progress bar reaches “Infoverification” and turns to green which indicates approval passed. The followingfigure indicates that the cooperation info hasn’t been submitted:

2、  对审核不通过的合作资料进行修改：以企业的合作资料为例，进入“Agreement”的 “apply/view”页面，直接进行修改资料，重新提交。如下图：

3、  对于审核通过的合作资料进行修改：以企业的合作资料为例，进入“Agreement”的 “apply/view”页面，点击“Request for Modifying CooperationMaterial”后修改资料，重新提交。如下图：

5.2应用描述信息变更

5.2 Change of application description

1、  对审核不通过的应用的原因查看：当提交应用后如审核不通过被退回（此时该应用当前处于“Awaiting submit”阶段），可在Myapplication＝》Managemy application的应用列表中查看应用状态；点击指定应用名称进入查看退回原因。如下图：

1.      View the reasons why apps failed approval: if theapplication that failed approval after submitting returned (Now the applicationis at the stage of “Awaiting submit”), check applicationstatus in application list of “Myapplication”, “Manage my application”; click the specified application nameto see why it is returned, as shown in the following figure:

2、  对审核不通过的应用的修改：在My application＝》Managemy application的应用列表中点击某应用的“Modify application”链接，根据退回的原因对应用的各类资料（介绍、文档、图片等）进行修改，重新提交。如下图：

5.3应用资费变更

5.3 Change of app charge

您的应用处于“待提交”或“商用”阶段，才能进行资费的变更。在My application＝》Managemy application的应用列表中点击某应用的“Modify application”链接，进入修改页面，修改“Price”的值，然后提交即可。

Only when your application is at thestage of “Awaiting submit” or “Commercial use” can you change app charge, clickon the link “Modify application” of the application in the application list of“My application”, “Manage my application” and enter the page of modification tomodify the value in “Price”, and then submit.

5.4应用程序包变更

5.4 Change of app package

1、 对测试不通过的应用程序包的原因查看：可在My application＝》Managemy application的应用列表中点击某应用的“Modify theprogram package ”链接，点击具体不通过的程序包“Modify”按钮进去可查看退回原因。

1.   View the reasons why app package failed test:click on the link “Modify application” ofthe application in the application list of “My application”, “Manage my application”, click on “Modify” button of the failedpackage to view the returned reasons.

2、 对测试不通过的应用程序包的修改：

在My application＝》Managemy application的应用列表中点击某应用的“Modify theprogram package ”链接，在程序包列表中，点击测试不通过的应用程序包进入修改页面，修改完后提交。如下图：

3、 对测试已通过的应用程序包的修改：同上。

4、 应用程序包如果处于“待测试”则无法修改。

4.    Thepackage would not be modified if it is at the state of “Awaiting test”.

5、 应用程序包可随时增加：在修改程序包页面，点击右上角的“Add New Package”按钮即可，如下图：

5.5驳回、删除程序包

5.5 Reject, delete package

对测试不通过被驳回处于“待提交”状态的程序包，开发者可自行可删除管理，在【My application＝》Managemy application的应用列表中点击某应用的“Modify theprogram package ”链接，在程序包列表中，如果符合删除条件，会出现“删除”按钮。如下图：

For the package that failed test andrejected which is at the state of “Awaiting submit”, the developer may deleteby itself, click on the link “Modify the program package ” ofthe application in the application list of “My application”, “Manage my application”; in the package list, the “Delete”button will appear if it conforms to delete condition, as shown in thefollowing figure:

6.3结算数据差异对账申请

6.3 Application for account reconciliation of settlement discrepancy

1、    登录后进入Settlement＝》View the report.

备注：鉴于部分商品可能因用户话费余额不足、欠费等原因导致订单，却未能成功向用户计收信息费，因此产生的低额差异属正常情况， 为免对账业务量庞大而影响对账结果反馈效率，不提供总结算金额差异率低于5％或20元的收入明细对账服务，敬请原谅。

Note: Some orders will not be charged successfully on the partof the users because of insufficient credit balance or overdue telephone feeresult in small amount of discrepancy in sales income which is normal. Toprevent the feedback speed being slowed down by large number of account reconciliationrequests, the system does not accept any account reconciliation request for anamount less than 5% or 20 Yuan of the total sales income. 7.1合作签约流程

7.1 Process of cooperation agreement signing

7.1.1海外开发者与“移动应用商场”合作签约总体流程

7.1.1 Overallprocess of cooperation agreement signing between overseas developer and “Mobile Market”

当开发者首个应用通过测试，移动应用商场邀请开发者签约，寄送一式三份空白协议并告知签约流程及注意事项：

When the first application of developer passes the test, thedeveloper will be invited to sign an agreement in triplicate through mail byMobile Market and informed of the signing process and precautions:

开发者接收协议及签署，完成“乙方”签署后寄回移动应用商场：

Developer receives and signs the agreement and sends back toMobile Market after finish signing of “Party B”:

移动应用商场接收开发者寄回的协议，审核资料无误后进行“甲方”签署。

Mobile Market receives the agreement sent back by the developer,carrying out signing of “Party A” after approving the information.

双方签约完成，移动应用商场保留两份生效协议进行存档，同时，寄送一份生效协议给开发者存档。

After signing by the two Parties, Mobile Market keeps twoeffective agreements on file and mails one effective agreement to the developerfor filing.

7.1.2合作签约相关要求

7.1.2 Relevantrequirements for cooperation agreement signing

1、   移动应用商场合作签约条件

1.    Cooperation agreement signing conditions of Mobile Market

Ø          开发者填报真实、准确的合作资料并通过移动应用商场审核；

Ø          Developer shallfill in authentic and accurate cooperation info and which must be approved by Mobile market.

Ø          在已发布的应用中有首个通过移动应用商场测试；

Ø          There is onetest that approved by Mobile Market in released apps.

Ø          合约模板填写的资料与移动应用商场业务平台填报的资料一致。

Ø          The informationof cooperation agreement template must be in conformity with that of thebusiness platform of Mobile Market.

2、   合作签约以开发者自愿为原则

2.    Cooperation agreement signing is based onthe principle of willingness

当开发者符合移动应用商场合作签约条件，移动应用商场将通过电话及电邮方式联系开发者邀请进行合作签约，如开发者同意签约，则启动相关流程；如开发者不同意签约，所发布的应用将不在移动应用商场及其相关渠道上线，或商品销售产生的信息费实际收入不向开发者结算支付。

Whenthe developer meets the conditions of cooperation agreement signing, MobileMarket will invite the developer to sign the agreement via telephone and email;and if the developer agrees to sign, relevant procedures are going to bestarted; if not, the released apps will not be put on sale over Mobile Marketand its relevant channels, or the real income of info fees generated by sellingapps will not be settled up and paid for developers.

3、 对于企业应用提供商，如合作协议并非由法定代表人签字而，需由法定代表人向签字人员进行授权确认。

3.   For corporate application provider, if thecooperation agreement is not signed by legal representative, however, the signatureof the person must be authorized by the legal representative.

4、 一般情况下，在开发者完成合作签约后，应用商品方在移动应用商场或其相关渠道上线销售，如特殊情况有应用商品已提前上线（如主题营销、商场运营等需求要求上线时效性较高），则在开发者完成签约后方向开发者结算支付信息费收入款项。

Generally, after the developer finishescooperation agreement signing, the apps will be put on sale on Mobile Market orits relevant channels, If, under special circumstances, some apps (as thememarketing, marketing operation and etc. which require a high timeliness) have beenput online in advance, then the info fees and income payments for the developerswill be settled up and paid after complete signing.

1、 个人/企业开发者根据自身意愿申请退出与移动应用商场的合作，填妥《移动应用商场（Mobile Market）退出合作确认函 》后寄到MM中心；若开发者未将《移动应用商场（Mobile Market）退出合作确认函 》寄到MM中心，主动申请退出而合约期未满的开发者不能退出合作，待合同期满后不续约方能终止合作

1.   Individual/corporate developer applies forquit cooperating with Mobile Market according to its own willingness. After theLetter of Confirmation for QuittingCooperation is fully completed, it should be sent back to MM center; if thedeveloper doesn’t send it back to MM center while the agreement is not expiredbut applying for quitting, on his own initiative, shall not be carried outuntil contract renewal ceased to be valid from the day of expiry.

2、 MM中心收到个人/企业开发者的退出确认函。

2.   MM center receives the Letter of Confirmationfor Quitting Cooperation from individual/corporate developer.

3、 判断此开发者是否对MM有较高的贡献度，对贡献度高的开发者，予以挽留，挽留成功后继续保持合作；挽留不成功及对MM贡献度较低的开发者走退出合作流程。

3.   Judge whether the developer has a highcontribution to MM, persuading the one who has a higher contribution; keepcooperating with the one who has been persuaded successfully and carry outcooperation quitting process for the one who has a lower contribution to MM or hasn’tbeen persuaded successfully.

4、 MM中心走内部流程更新个人/企业开发者签约信息，将签约状态修改为“已失效”；货架组对人/企业开发者的商品进行下架操作；财务部结清开发者的销售款项；系统组删除个人/企业开发者的AP账号。

4.   MM center carries outinternal process to update the signing information of individual/corporatedeveloper, changing the signing state as “Failed”; the shelf group will carryout off-shelves operating for apps of the individual/corporate developer; thefinance department will settle up the sales payments of the developer; and thesystem group will delete the AP account number of the individual/corporatedeveloper.

流程描述：

1、 MM中心根据个人/企业开发者违约的事实对开发者发出《移动应用商场（Mobile Market）终止合作函》

1.   Upon facts of individual/corporate developeris in breach of contract, MM center sends out the Letter of Cooperation Terminating of Mobile Market.

2、 个人/企业开发者收到MM的终止合作函，开发者根据终止合作函对违约问题进行整改，对一周内整改成功的开发者继续保持合作关系，一周内未能成功整改的开发者走退出合作流程。

2.   After received the Letter of CooperationTerminating of Mobile Market, individual/corporate developer shall rectify thedefaulting problems accordingly; continuous maintain cooperation with thedeveloper who has rectified successfully within one week, or else, carry outcooperation quitting process.

3、 MM中心走内部流程更新个人/企业开发者签约信息，在合约到期后将签约状态修改为“已失效”；货架组对人/企业开发者的商品进行下架操作；财务部完成对开发者的销售款项清算工作；系统组删除个人/企业开发者的AP账号。

3.   MM center carries out internal process toupdate the signing information of individual/corporate developer, changing thesigning state as “Failed” after the agreement expired; the shelf group willcarry out off-shelves operating for apps of the individual/corporate developer;the finance department will settle up the sales payments of the developer; andthe system group will delete the AP account number of the individual/corporatedeveloper.

8.1 Upload proper images to generate the best app icons

想让自己的应用脱颖而出，醒目有趣的图标必不可少。MM能够为您的图标锦上添花，但图标的精美程度最终仍由您掌控：

To make your apps stand out, the icons must be bolder and fancy.MM may make your icons perfect even more perfect, but the exquisiteness oficons is in your mastery:

1、使用饱和度高的素材

1. Usehigh saturated materials

由于在高光处理过程中会稍微损失色彩饱和度，建议使用色彩饱和度较高的素材制作图标，应尽量避免大面积的浅色块。

As color saturation will be lost slightly under highlightprocessing, it is suggested that highly saturated color materials be used formaking icons, avoiding extensive light-colored area as far as possible.

2、使用颜色鲜艳的素材

2. Usebright-colored materials

颜色鲜艳的图片，经过优化处理后，能获得良好的效果，但若是颜色组合过于杂乱，效果反而不好，建议使用较单纯的颜色组合。

Bright-colored image may get a good effect after optimizingprocessed. Simple color combination is suggested to use, as complex combinationof colors would be bad in effectiveness.

素材中的图案不宜太复杂，且应该尽量表达应用的功能或主题，推荐使用线条清晰的图案或各种几何图形的组合。

The image of materials shall not be too complex and express appfunction or theme as much as possible, it is suggested to use the images withclear lines or combination of various geometric figures.

Also you can upload screenshot 3 and 4 except app screenshot 1and 2 that is required, uploading more exquisite screenshots to MM, to attractmore attentions of users.

8.3熟悉应用发布协议条款能帮助您顺利通过测试

8.3 Know well the terms and conditions of application releaseagreement will help you pass the test successfully

开发者A通过优先选择实测过的适配机型，加强自测，阅读熟悉应用发布协议中的条款，顺利通过了测试，之后待应用商用后，又修改应用下的程序包适配关系，按照机型的分辨率、系统版本等扩展选择了其它自己无法实测但希望支持的机型，测试后，该商品在门户上的适配终端增加了很多，扩大了用户群。

Developer A may strengthen self-testing by preferred selectingthe tested adaptive models, read and understand the terms and conditions ofapplication release agreement, to pass the test successfully; after commercialused, modify package adaptation of apps, expanded selecting other models whichcannot be tested itself but expect to be supported, according to the resolutionof models and system version etc. After testing, apps would be increased onadaptation terminal of portals, and user groups are expanded accordingly.

A：这个是有技巧的。为保证您所提交的应用能尽快通过测试，建议先提交自己已实测过的机型，并请商用后再扩展其他尽量多的机型。这样即可提高测试通过率，又不会影响之前已测试通过的适配机型的商用状态。

ANSWER: Yes, there are. To makesure your submitted apps could pass test as quick as possible, it is suggestedto submit the models which have been tested at first, and expand more othermodels after commercial used as much as possible, then by which test passingrate would be improved and the state of commercial use of the tested adaptivemodels before will not be affected.

Q6：如果我的应用支持不同的平台，该如何提交使用截图呢？

Q6: How to submit the screenshots of using if my apps supportdifferent platforms:

A:如果一个应用（主要是主题类）有多个程序包，但程序包所支持平台不同或差别很大，建议把程序包分开按多个不同的应用来提交。好处：1.方便用户下载后得到与展示图一致的真实体验；2.方便测试参考，避免测试驳回。

ANSWER: If one app (mainly themes) has multiple packages, butthe packages support different platforms or have a big difference, it issuggested that the packages be divided as different apps for submitting. Advantages:1. It’s convenient for users to get a real experience as presentation graphicsafter downloading; 2. It’s convenient for test reference, avoiding test beingrejected.

Q7：预测试常见问题：

Q7: FAQ of pre-test:

a)        展示图问题：主要是提交的使用截图与应用实际界面不一致。如有多个平台安装包（如：kjava,WM,OMS)则各类平台使用截图都需要提供；特别对于主题类应用像功能表界面的菜单、待机界面顶端底端菜单栏颜色、日历界面都需要使用截图与真实安装效果一致；还有列表小图标与LOGO模糊不清（可能是对大分辨率图片截取不当造成）；

a)   Questionsof presentation graphics: thesubmitted screenshots of using is inconsistent with actual app interface, asthere are multiple platform packages (e.g. kjava, WM, OMS) then all usingscreenshots of different platforms should be provided; Particularly for apps ofthemes like menus in function table interface, colors of menu bar at the top orbottom of the stand-by interface and the calendar interface requires that theusing screenshots be consistent with the actual ones; and also, the small iconsand LOGO of the list are ambiguous (possibly caused by improper clipping ofhigh resolution images);

b)       测试所需信息问题：应用说明或操作指南中能力描述与实际软件不符合。

c)       版权/肖像权问题：未提供版权、肖像权证明或免责声明。

Ø        屏幕大小：主要使用界面没有占满屏幕可用区域或超出屏幕范围；

Ø        Screen size: main using interface does not fully occupy the available areaof screen or exceeds the screen scope;

Ø        屏幕位置：没有居中，或布局方向颠倒、错乱的；

Ø        Screen position: not placed in the middle, or layout direction reversed orupside down;

Ø        屏幕旋转：在横屏或者竖屏模式下启动失败，或者屏幕旋转后发生出现运行异常、显示不全等影响最终用户使用的情况。

Ø        Screen rotation: starting failed under horizontal or vertical mode ofscreen, or appearing abnormal running, incomplete display and etc. after screenrotating, which will affect the using of final user.

e)        广告问题：所发布应用及其相关资料不可含有对中国移动以外的任何其他电信运营企业的形象、品牌、产品或业务的宣传信息；不可含有“百宝箱”、“移动梦网”或其他不适合的启动画面或文字、医药/保健/美容类广告信息、中奖或抽奖类业务内容或宣传信息。

e)   Advertisingquestions: the released apps and theirrelevant information shouldn’t include any publicity of image, brand, productsor business of other telecom companies excluding China Mobile; “Magic box”, “Monternet”,any other improper splash screen or characters, ad info as medical/healthcare/cosmeticsor lottery information or prizeannouncement in a lottery.

Q8：应用或程序包在测试中所发现的缺陷严重程度，都有哪些级别呢？测试人员对每个级别又该是如何处理的？

Q10：结算对账的时间要多久？

答复：个人开发者的结算对账会在申请对账日起的五个工作日内给出初步回复。如在初步的对账核查中发现需要进行深度排查，则对账的结果会在对账核查完成后进行最终的回复。

ANSWER: The settlement and reconciliation of individualdeveloper will be given a preliminary reply within 5 working days from the dayof applying for reconciliation. If it is found that a further examination needsto be carried out during the preliminary verifying, then the result of accountreconciliation will be replied after examining.
