2.8、请核实并熟悉紧急停止开关的位置和功能。千万不可使用任何手段（无论机械的还是电气的）来跳开安全装置。

2.9、工厂必须根据测量系统输出的各类的工作状态信号，制定安全的工厂现场对应工位钢管及相关设备动作的互锁控制，确保正常使用及异常使用情况下的安全。

2.12、在准备启动测量系统工作前，请在安全围栏上明目位置挂上“运行中”标志，并且不得进入工作区域。同时，请确认安全通道，以便操作人员在紧急情况下撤出。

2.12、如果任何人发现存在不安全的工作情况，必须立即向安全监督员或工厂安全部门汇报，以杜绝一切不安全因素，养成安全习惯。

Meanwhile, it is necessary to educate the operators, so that they can obtain proficient working experience in the course of work, including various measures for ensuring safe work. The personnel who operate the measuring equipment shall be limited to those who have completed the formal training.

2.3 The relevant departments of the factory shall develop and comply with the safety rules and regulations to ensure safe work. The relevant departments of the factory shall designate a special operator and a safety supervisor, with the safety supervisor responsible for the development and implementation of the safety rules and regulations, including safety education.

2.4 The factory shall install a safety guard (e.g. protective fence) for the measurement equipment for fear of danger. The scope of protection (e.g. the place that is enclosed by the safety fence) shall be able to effectively prevent the measurement equipment (including the robot) from jumping or extending out of the fence due to an error or malfunction. The protective fence shall be installed by the factory itself according to the safety and use conditions. The measurement equipment itself does not contain a protective fence. Please prepare a plan for regular maintenance of the safety guard.

2.5 The number of the safety fence doors shall be reduced to a minimum (preferably only one). The door shall be equipped with a safety latch.

2.6 The factory shall indicate the hazardous area with paint on the floor, including the movement range of the measurement system or peripheral equipment. In addition, enough space (safe area) shall be reserved for the installation of the safety guard, so as to protect the operator in case of abnormal operation or emergency. At the same time, it is necessary to clearly know the dangerous area and the safe area.

2.7 Before turning on the power or starting the measurement equipment, always remember to confirm the safety conditions, and remove all the obstacles within the movement range of the measurement equipment. And never try to do dangerous actions, such as blocking the movement of the equipment with your body or tool. In order to stop the equipment in operation immediately, one should press the corresponding emergency stop button.

2.8 Please verify and get familiar with the position and function of the emergency stop switch. Do not use any means (mechanical or electrical) to bypass the safety device.

2.9 The factory shall, according to various working status signals output by the measurement system, set up safe on-site interlocking between the steel pipe in the corresponding work station and the related equipment, so as to ensure safety during normal and abnormal operations.

2.10 Do not wear loose clothes, ties, scarves, watches or jewelries. In addition, wear the designated protective device, safety glasses, helmet and safety shoes according to the working environment or the work requirements.

2.11 Before starting the measurement system, please put the “In Operation” sign in a conspicuous position of the safety fence, and make sure not to enter the working area. Meanwhile, please check the exit passage, so that the operator can exit in case of emergency.

2.12 If any person notices an unsafe condition, he/she shall report immediately to the safety supervisor or the safety department of the factory, so as to eliminate any unsafe condition and develop a safe habit.
