Forming section

For building up the layers, there is a selection of three different Reifenhäuser feedblock systems from the REIcofeed series available. The systems make it possible to produce products with up to 11 layers of the highest quality. From a broad spectrum of flat dies, we can also recommend the optimal version for your production.

Casting section

The casting section is decisive for the quality of the film. Together with the casting roll, the one or two downstream annealing rolls enable precise cooling. This additionally improves film properties such as transparency, shrink characteristics, and curling. The high-quality drive technology with high angle precision prevents unwanted over-elongation of the film and thus ensures uniform mechanical properties of the film.

You can also produce embossed films with the optional embossing unit. For this, the embossing unit is coupled to the casting section.
