酒文化 THE IDEA 創意 In the summer of 2017 the idea of creating a mild alcoholic drink which would combine the tastes of Eastern and Western culture, one complementing the other, was born. We experimented with mixing different amounts of alcohol, fruit and spices. Family, friends and acquaintances assisted by tasting and providing their opinions. TASTY STRAWBERRIES 美味草莓 Ingredients: 配料: - 20 ml of PEPPERO - 20毫升PEPPERO - 1 glass of cooled sparkling white wine - 1杯冷藏過的起泡白葡萄酒 - 10 sweet strawberries at room temperature - 10顆常溫甜草莓 In order to allow the flavours to mix well, it is better to process the strawberries at room temperature. Put the cleaned, halved, strawberries into a glass and add the cooled wine. Stir for a minute and add the PEPPERO. First, put the ice cream in the coupe.
