包裹配管
Wrapping of Tubing

要求保温材料为闭孔PE或发泡橡塑，同时保温材料需阻燃且耐温在85℃以上，厚度8mm以上。
The insulating material shall be closed-pore PE or foaming rubber plastic, with over 85℃ of flame and temperature resistance and over 8mm of thickness.

用PVC保护带将配管和连接电线扎成一束,将排水管与配管和连接电线分开。
Wrap the tubing and connecting wire into a bundle with PVC protection tape to separate the tubing and connecting wire from drainage pipe.

包扎时,应从室外机下部一直包到管束入墙处。
Wrap from the lower part of outdoor unit to the position where the duct bundle passes through the wall.

用塑料粘胶带将PVC保护带粘贴固定,以防松脱。
Paste and fix the PVC protection tape with plastic tape to prevent against looseness.

将包好的管束用管夹等物品固定在墙上。
Use items including tube clip to fix the tube bundle wrapped to the wall.

用密封胶泥或油灰涂料等物封住室外侧的穿墙孔。
Seal the external side of wall-through hole with sealant, putty, paint, etc.

护带不要缠得太紧,以免影响绝热效果。
Do not too tightly wrap the protection tape to avoid generating impact on insulating effect.

注意：
Note:

弯管时，应防止挤扁铜管。
Do not pinch the copper tube during bending.

排水软管管口部分大约20mm，一般不与配管和室内外连接线束在一起，成自由分离状态，便于水从室外滴下。
Generally, a part of drainage hose about 20mm from the orifice is not bound together with the tubing and indoor, outdoor connecting wires, instead, the said part shall be separated and free to facilitate outdoor water dripping.

抽真空和充注制冷剂
Vacuuming and Refrigerant Filling

室外机出厂前已充注了制冷剂而不要抽真空和充注制冷剂，将制冷剂管连接好后，从室外机放出制冷剂之前须对室内机和连接管抽真空。方法如下：
The outdoor unit has been filled with refrigerant in the factory and needs not to be vacuumed and filled with refrigerant; when the pipe for refrigerant is connected, before the refrigerant is released from the outdoor unit, the indoor unit and connecting pipe shall be vacuumed as follows:

拧下室外机吸气截止阀检修接头的螺帽，将复合压力表接上。
Unscrew the nut from the service connection of suction line valve and connect the compound pressure gauge.

将真空泵连于复合压力表，打开复合压力表和真空泵对室内机和连接管抽真空。
Connect the vacuum pump to the compound pressure gauge; open the compound pressure gauge and vacuum pump to vacuum the indoor unit and connecting pipe.
