Many companies across the nation are again being confronted by significant healthcare premium increases this year. ***medical plan increase came in high this year and we are forced to make plan changes to continue to offer medical coverage to employees. Changes to the Anthem Blue Cross medical plan are outlined below. Our dental plan costs will remain the same.

Office visit copay will be $30 for Primary Care Physicians and $40 for Specialists

Re-enrollment is the one time each year when eligible employees may add dependents or enroll in our health plans. You may also cancel coverage for yourself and your eligible dependents during the re-enrollment period. If you do not make any changes at this time, you cannot make changes during the year unless you have a family status change as denoted by the IRS.
